Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organising its flagship North India Auto Show in Lucknow during October 5-8.
The event had in the past been successfully organised in Chandigarh, however, CII decided to bring the show to the City of Nawabs for the first time ever, CII UP State Council chairman Jai Agarwal said.
He said the purpose of the North India Auto Show was to save the time and energy of the prospective buyers to select their favourite car at single platform.
The show would feature marquee brands such as Nissan, Datsun, Tata, Hyundai, Honda, Isuzu and Mahindra, who would exhibit their latest models and the bestsellers to facilitate the consumers choose, book and test drives the four wheelers. Indian Oil is the event partner & SBI the banking partner.
Being held at the onset of festive season, the buyers can avail huge & never-before discounts at the Auto Show, Dream Nissan director Rajneesh Agarwal said adding Lucknow was much bigger an auto market than Chandigarh.
Dream Nissan would be offering discounts to the tune of up to Rs 1.2 lakh. “Besides, there would be special schemes for the rural consumers, who can avail additional discounts of up to Rs 15,000 by showing proofs of tractor ownership, agricultural land ownership or participation in the tehsil,” he added.
