After taking a rather regimented approach for changing the work culture of bureaucracy and police in Uttar Pradesh, chief minister Yogi Adityanath is not focusing to disciplining the state policymakers.
Yogi has written to all the parliamentarians and legislators stressing people had elected them with high hopes, and they should devote maximum time in their constituency and among them.
The CM’s letter mentioned the process would aid speedier resolution of grievances and productive utilisation of the people’s representatives’ time.
Besides, Yogi has fixed weekly days and fixed for meeting the UP parliamentarians and legislators. He would meet parliamentarians every Friday during 4-5 pm, while the meeting with the legislators would be held every Monday and Thursday during 4-5 pm at the state secretariat.
He said the process would help the government collate maximum number of public grievances’ issues, so that positive steps could be taken for their resolution.
